Public Defense

Students define problems, formulate hypotheses, and research existing solutions to frame their inquiry.

Hands-on studio time to design, build, and iterate on physical models and digital simulations.

Projects are tested in real-world contexts, gathering data and feedback for refinement.

Students present their findings and project impact to peers, faculty, and guest practitioners.

From Exploration to Specialization

Lower & Upper School Studios

Lower School Exploration Lab

Our K-4 students engage in foundational exploration, fostering curiosity through open-ended play and guided discovery in a vibrant, multi-sensory environment.

Upper School Fabrication Studio

Grades 5-8 transition to specialized studios, developing advanced skills in fabrication, robotics, and digital design to execute complex community impact projects.

Beyond the Test Score

Open portfolios and public defenses reveal a student's true capabilities, critical thinking, and collaborative spirit far more effectively than any multiple-choice exam ever could.
